You will analyze component failures to secure corrections, upgrades, or replacements as per contract terms and commitment letters. Key duties include examining warranty rejections, shop findings, and invoices to secure credits for repair or overhaul processes. The role requires preparing detailed performance reports and maintaining the Warranty Technical Procedures Manual (TPM) for the department. You will also assist in setting annual warranty budget forecasts and providing on-the-job training for new recruits and peers.
