Job Description: Watchman / Building Maintenance Assistant
We are looking for a responsible Watchman / Building Maintenance Assistant.
The candidate should have basic knowledge of general maintenance and simple plumbing works. Duties include checking doors, inspecting all floors and flats, ensuring cleanliness and reporting any maintenance issues.
The candidate should:
- Check all areas of the building regularly.
- Ensure flats and common areas are kept clean and in good condition.
- Have basic knowledge of plumbing and maintenance work.
- Be responsible, polite, and helpful with residents.
- Maintain a neat and presentable appearance.
- Wear clean and proper clothes every day.
- Be well-groomed and have good communication skills.
Previous experience is preferred but not required. Training can be provided for the right candidate
