Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Korean Cook / Chef to join our team for our upcomi Korean culinary concept. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional and modern Korean cuisine, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-standard kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Prepare, cook, and present authentic Korean dishes according to standard recipes .
•Manage the daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
•Ensure all food preparation meets strict quality, taste, and presentation standards.
•Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with Kuwait municipality laws.
•Monitor inventory, manage food waste, and assist in ordering raw ingredients and specialty Korean sauces.
Requirements & Qualifications
•Minimum 2–3 years of professional cooking experience specializing in Korean cuisine.
•Strong knowledge of authentic Korean ingredients, fermentation techniques, and flavor profiles.
•Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Good communication skills .
