Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer with strong design capabilities for both Web and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate must master design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, have solid experience in responsive HT coding, and demonstrate fluency in the Arabic language, including experience designing for right-to-left (RTL) interfaces. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive, and accessible bilingual digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
•Design user-centric interfaces for websites and mobile applications (iOS and Android) using Figma or Adobe XD.
•Develop responsive HT code that aligns with approved designs.
•Ensure seamless usability, layout adaptability, and visual consistency across all platforms and devices.
•Design and implement bilingual layouts (Arab full support for RTL and LTR directions.
•Translate requirements from the project manager and stakeholders into effective design concepts and workflows.
•Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation of designs.
•Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
•Maintain UI design systems, reusable assets, and doentation.
•Stay current with design trends, mobi UI best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in web design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
•Minimum 3 years of professional experience in design for both Web and Mobile applications.
•Proficiency in Figma a Adobe XD.
•Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
•Basic understanding of JavaScript for UI behavior and prototyping.
•Fluent in Arabic (reading and writing) with experience in designing Arabic interfaces and RTL support.

Key Skills & Competencies:
•Deep understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and cross-platform UI design.
•Strong sense of visual aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout—especially in Arabic.
•Proven ability to create interactive prototypes, user flows, and wireframes for Web and Mobile.
•Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and user-centric design thinking.
•Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
•Experience with mobile design handoff and platform-specific guidelines (Material Design for Android, Human Interface Guidelines for iOS).

•Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO practices.
•Familiarity with tools like Framer, Zeplin, Lottie, or other animati tools.
