We are looking for a skilled and experienced Weld to build high-quality cold plunge chillers. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in stainless steel welding, copper brazing, and precise fabrication of coils, frames, and water-circulation components.
Key Responsibilities:
Weld and fabricate stainless steel tanks, frames, and panels for cold plunge chillers.
Perform copper brazing for refrigerant lines, evaporator coils, and titanium heat exchangers.
Assemble and weld titanium coils, copper tubing, and stainless chambers with high accuracy.
Ensure all welds meet pressure, leak-proof, and durability standards.
Install components including compressors, TXV valves, filters, pumps, and fittings during the build.
Follow engineering drawings, measurements, and build specifications.
Conduct leak testing, pressure testing, and final inspection of the welded parts.
Operate fabrication tools including grinders, cutters, bending equipment, and welding machines.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in welding and metal fabrication.
Strong knowledge of TIG welding for stainless steel and titanium.
Experience with copper brazing for refrigeration systems.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and measurements.
Understanding of refrigeration components is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and precision in weld finishing.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
