- Meet with clien to confirm finish and colour requirements.
- Inspect and repair wooden components; sand, smooth and fill surfaces.
- Mix stains, paints and varnishes to achieve desired shades and consistency.
- Apply protective coats (varnish, enamel, lacquer) and polish to a high-quality finish.
- Other duties as required in the joinery factory.
- Experience in wood finishi, ideally in joinery or furniture manufacturing.
- Eye for detail and knowledge of finishing techniques.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
