We are hiring an experienced Wood Flooring Installer for luxury residential and hospitality projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and takes pride in fine craftsmanship.
We are especially looking for Filipino or Indonesian professionals already based in the UAE, experienced in high-end flooring or joinery work.
Responsibilities:
• Install engineered and solid wood flooring (herringbone, chevron, custom patterns).
• Prepare and level subfloors before installation.
• Apply adhesives, trims, and finishes precisely.
• Follow layout drawings and site instructions.
• Handle premium materials carefully and maintain site cleanliness.
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in wood flooring or fit-out.
• Knowledge of engineered and solid parquet systems.
• Skilled in cutting, joining, and detailing.
• Reliable, disciplined, and speaks English.
• Must be currently in the UAE (Filipino or Indonesian preferred).
