Svitzer is seeking a Marine Workshop Supervisor based at Khalifa Bin Salman Port to ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery and associated equipment on company vessels. You will be responsible for overseeing all engine room activities, ensuring compliance with HSE and QSMS policies, and maintaining PPE standards. Key duties include identifying potential machinery hazards, managing fuel and spare part inventories, and planning maintenance work in coordination with the Port Engineer. You will also monitor machinery parameters during watches, maintain accurate logbooks, and assist in emergencies to maintain the vessel's seaworthiness. This role is essential for supporting Svitzer's global towage and terminal infrastructure operations in Bahrain.

Secondary Certificate of Education (preferred). Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is mandatory. Understanding of the English language (preferred).
