* Manage activities such as shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing
* Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
* Monitor daily progress and maintain quality control
* Check manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
* Minimum *5 years experience in India + 5 years in UAE* in concrete structure works
* Strong knowledge of structural construction processes
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Must be able to *join immediately*
