Job Description
An ABA Analyst is responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention programs for children, particularly those with developmental delays or conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The role focuses on improving socially significant behaviors including communication, social skills, learning abilities, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA methodologies.
To works closely with children, families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent progress and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assessment & Program Development
Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (e.g., skill-based and functional behavior assessments)
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
Set measurable goals for behavior reduction and skill acquisition
Design and oversee behavior intervention strategies using ABA principles
Supervise therapy sessions to ensure correct implementation
Modify programs based on data and observed progress
