Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks and reports.
- Manage accounti processes for clients.
- Identify and automate core accounting processes to improve efficiency and ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting.
- Utilize the client's existing accounting software or assist with the implementation of a new accounting software platform.
- Generate accurate and factual reports showcasing the client's overall financial health during the accounting period.
- Prepare various reports including &, P&L, banking, balance sheets, inventory, resource usage, cash flow, and business performance.
- Support the Senior Accountant in financial management accounting and reporting procedures to aid in the client's strategic business planning and projected growth.
- Utilize technology to enhance customer efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Assist with account reconciliations and provide other bookkeeping services as required.
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills and thorough knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Highly analytical with extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrates high aptitude and independent judgment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in using relevant technology and quick to learn new software platforms.
- Possesses strong business aen.
