We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that financial practices are aligned with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and process all company invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Invoice Preparation: Accurately create and issue invoices for clients based on agreed-upon terms and completed projects.
Quotation Preparation: Assist in preparing and issuing quotations for potential customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company pricing strategies.
Delivery Notes: Prepare and maintain delivery notes, ensuring all deliveries are doented properly in line with customer orders.
Data Entry: Enter and update bills, invoices, and receipts into the accounting system to maintain accurate financial records.
Doent Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital copies of all invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and other related doents.
Record Maintenance: Ensure all records are stored according to company procedures for easy retrieval and future reference.
Compliance: Follow internal procedures to ensure all doents and entries comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Regular Audits: Assist in periodic audits by ensuring that all data entries and doents are accurate and up to date.
