-File important doents and provide relevant information to the sales and marketing team
-Reply to customers complaints and provide them with the relevant support
-Stay in contact with existing customers in person and on phone
-Process orders in a timely manner and ensure their accuracy
-Ensure meeting sales targets
-Reach out to potential customers for new business
-Develop and maintain a strong and segmented client database
-Prepare and organize promotional materials well as events
-Conduct any other related tasks as may be assigned
-Must have 3 to 4 years experience in Sales and Admin
-Strong Communication Skills, and fluent in English (Verbal and Writing)
-Excellent in MS Office and Outlook
-Excellent in filling and sorting doents.
-Willing to learn and easy to work with.
