Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Discretionary Duties
ONLY FEMALE Recruitment : PAKISTAN, INDIA, NEPAL.

Confidentiality: Maintaining strict discretion in handling sensitive, confidential, or private client information.
First Point of Contact: Greeting visitors, clients, and investors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Doentation: Drafting and managing real estate doents such as Listing Forms, Form F, A, and B, and tenancy contracts, which require accuracy and discretion.
Lead Management: Handling inquiries, managing lead calls, updating CRM systems, and replying to WhatsA communications.
Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with sales teams and agents.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Previous experience in a front-office, administrative, or customer service role is usually required, with real estate experience highly preferred.
Communication: Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is frequently required or considered a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Appearance: A polished, professional appearance is expected to reflect the company's brand image.
