Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized individual to manage administrative operations, vendor coordination, guest and customer handling, and front-office reception activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and multitasking skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
Handle guest reception, greetings, and ensure a professional front-office experience.
Attend to customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution or redirection.
Maintain records of incomi correspondence and calls.
Support management with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office logistics.
Ensure office supplies, facilities, and utilities are properly maintained.
Assist with basic doentation, filing, and coordination tasks.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, reception, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
