We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to interview newly arrived housemaids and accurately update their CVs online. This role is critical, as sales and client decisions depend directly on the quality, speed, and accuracy of maid profiles.
The ideal candidate is fast, focused, and extremely detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed interviews with newly arrived housemaids
Collect, verify, and doent complete personal, professional, and skill-related information
Update and maintain maid CVs and online profiles with high accuracy
Ensure all information is clear, truthful, and professionally written
Work closely with internal teams to ensure profiles are ready for sales use
Maintain strict data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
Meet daily profile completion and quality targets
Identify and correct missing or inconsistent information immediately
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail (mandatory)
Ability to work fast without mistakes
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills (online systems, forms, C – training provided)
Strong interviewing and information-gathering skills
Organized, disciplined, and reliable
Experience in administration, data entry, HR, or recruitment is a plus
