* Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
* Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
* Manage and coordinate daily real estate operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Oversee property registration processes with developers and update agent portals.
* Prepare and issue commission invoices, receipts, and other required doentation.
* Support HR functions including attendance tracking and leave management.
* Perform other general office duties as assigned.
