Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support project managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and control of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to ensure deliverables.
Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Assist with procurement and contract administration.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Participate in project meetings and doentation.
Support project close-out and handover activities.
Promote a culture of safety and teamwork on site.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in construction project support roles.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
Understanding of construction methods and safety regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and project software.
Team player with leadership potential.
