Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Audiologist with strong hearing aid fitting experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, recommending appropriate hearing solutions, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests
Perform hearing aid fitting, programming, and fine-tuning
Provide patient counseling on hearing loss and device usage
Handle after-sales support, adjustments, and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Work closely with clinic staff
Promote and support sales of hearing aids and accessories
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology
Valid DHA / MOH / DOH license (or eligibility) in UAE
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hearing aid fitting
Experience with major hearing aid brands is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset is an advantage
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of advanced audiological diagnostic equipment
Experience in pediatric and adult audiology
Ability to manage end-to-end patient care
