Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with Abu Dhabi authorities such as ADDC, ADM, Estidama, Civil Defense, ADCD, ADSSC, ADQCC, and others for NOCs, permits, and design approvals.
•Prepare and submit drawings, doents, application forms, and other required materials.
•Ensure doentation complies with the latest authority regulations and submission standards.
•Track approval statuses and follow up regularly with authorities to prevent project delays.
•Work closely with internal teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to consolidate submission packages.
•Maintain records, logs, and timely reporting on submission progress and authority responses.
•Assist in updating teams with the latest circulars and process changes from authorities.
•Support submission through MePS, Abu Dhabi e-Services, and other digital platforms.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Administration.
•3–5 years of UAE experience in authority coordination, specifically in Abu Dhabi projects.
•Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority requirements and digital submission platforms.
•Good communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
•Proficient in MS Office and capable of managing submission tracking systems.
