We are looking for a skilled and creative Burger and Sandwich Maker with experience in Arab and French-style dishes. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare high-quality burgers, sandwiches, and related menu items while maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene, speed, and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:•Prepare and cook a variety of Arab and French-inspired burgers and sandwiches, including gourmet and traditional styles.•Assist in menu development, ensuring recipes meet restaurant standards and customer preferences.•Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation of all dishes.•Prepare sauces, fillings, and toppings according to recipes.•Manage food inventory, monitor ingredient freshness, and reduce waste.•Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines as per Dubai Municipality standards.•Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.•Ensure all kitchen tools and work areas are kept clean and organized.•Assist in training new kitchen assistants or helpers when required.•Handle customer special requests or modifications professionally when needed.
