We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by selling ad space, securing sponsorships, and building brand collaborations across our media platforms. This position involves working with press releases, events, and brand partnerships, and requires strong interpersonal skills, local market understanding, and a passion for the media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Space Selling: Sell advertisement space across print (magazines) and digital media platforms to clients and agencies.
Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify and approach potential sponsors for events including festivals, award shows, and brand activations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing heads, and PR agencies.
Press Coordination: Work with brands to develop and promote press releases through our media channels.
Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and pitch customized media and event solutions.
Event Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for event planning, sponsor deliverables, and on-ground activations.
Sales Reporting: Maintain and update week sales reports, client databases, and pipelines using CRM or Excel.
Market Research: Stay updated with trends, competitor activities, and new client opportunities in the UAE media space.
Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, PR, creative, and digital marketing teams to align sales efforts with media output.
