Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Dubai. The position involves both in-office responsibilities and regular field visits to meet prospective clients. The Executive will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding partners, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth account operations. Candidates should be self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to meet targets and manage field-based sales activities independently. WYLE is a highly scalable startup with an ambitious roadmap. We’re looking for individuals who are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in high-performance environments.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities across sectors
-Pitch WYLE’s offerings to prospective clients with clarity and conviction
-Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful onboarding
-Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and local partners
-Maintain high productivity across both field visits and internal CRM tracking
-Meet and exceed monthly onboarding targets
-Represent the WYLE brand with professionalism, trust, and adaptability
Compensation & Structure
-During the probation period, compensation will be commission-only, with high earning potential per closed deal.
-Top performers may transition to a fixed salary + commission structure.
-Candidates with own visa are preferred and will be prioritized.
-Field travel expenses will be reimbursed

Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, field sales, or startup client acquisition
-Proven lead generation and client onboarding capabilities
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong negotiation and relationship management experience
-Familiarity with local markets and B2B sales practices
-Ability to work independently and manage a flexible hybrid schedule
-Prior experience in platform-based services or high-growth startups is preferred
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
-Multilingual proficiency is essential – must speak English fluently; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil or Malayalam is a strong advantage
