Prepare and present compelling business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Collaborate with the estimation and technical team to prepare tenders and proposals.
Follow up on proposals submitted to clients and address any clarifications.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain C records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
Participate in contract negotiation and closing deals.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and events.
Stay updated with market trends, client preferences, and competitor offerings.
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management facilities management and service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in sales and closing business deals.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
UAE driving license
