We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our cleaning and facility services company. The role focuses on acquiring contracts from clinics, corporate offices, commercial establishments, and premium residential clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills with the ability to represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential clients including clinics, offices, commercial spaces, and premium residences
* Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals
* Present company services and customized cleaning solutions to clients
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements
* Conduct site visits and coordinate with operations teams for requirements
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into contracts
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
* Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
* Coordinate with management regarding pricing, negotiations, and client requirements
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities
* Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Previous experience in sales, business development, or facility services preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confidence in meeting clients and conducting presentations
* Ability to generate leads independently
* Customer service and relationship management skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
* UAE experience is an advantage
* Valid UAE driving license preferred
* Arabic speaking is a plus
