We seek an experienced B2B sales professional to grow revenue across the GCC events industry. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to handover, working closely with operations to deliver world-class shows.
Key Points:
5+ years’ B2B sales in UAE (events, production, experiential, or similar)
Strong GCC network with agencies, venues & government stakeholders (advantage)
Win & grow accounts through tenders, proposals, pricing & negotiation
Build & manage pipeline, hit reven targets, and ensure clean project handovers
Knowledge of GCC buying cycles, government tenders, and event seasonality
Competitive base + uncapped commission, benefits, travel opportunities

5+ years’ B2B sales / business development experience in the UAE (ideally within events, production, experiential marketing, or related services)
Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and closing multi-stakeholder
Strong knowledge of GCC buying cycles, government tenders (RFPs)
Commercial aen – able to qualify opportunities, protect margins
Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and client-facing skills
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Valid UAE driving licence
