Job Title: Business Setup Consultant (Dubai Office)

Location: Bur Dubai
Job Summary
The Business Setup Consultant will assist entrepreneurs, investors, and companies in establishing
their businesses across UAE Freezones and Mainland jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should
possess strong sales aen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to
perform under pressure while meeting or exceeding sales benchmarks every quarter.

- Strong sales aen and ability to close deals under pressure
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Confident, well-groomed, and client-facing personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Knowledge of UAE business setup procedures preferred
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1 year or more experience in Business Setup, Sales, or Consulting preferred
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered
Performance Benchmarks (Quarterly)
Client Consultation Conduct professional consultations with clients to understand their business goals
Sales & Target Achievement Achieve quarterly sales benchmarks by converting qualified leads into successful.
Doentation & Compliance Guide clients on required doents and ensure all applications comply with UAE.
Lead Management Manage assigned leads through CRM and update lead stages daily with notes.
Proposal & Quotation Prepare and share accurate quotations and proposals based on client needs.
Coordination with PROs and
Partners
Work with Associate affiliate partner and PROs for smooth license issuance, visa
processing.
Communication & Relationship
Manage
Maintain excellent communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Handle client queries.
Reporting & EOD Updates Submit daily reports including total calls made, leads handled, and meetings done.
Team Collaboration Support other team members in training and joint meetings when required.

Monthly qualified leads handled 80–100
Meetings conducted 30+ per month
Conversion rate 20–25%
Client satisfaction score 90%+
Response time <10 minutes per inquiry
