Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate workers, foremen, subcontractors, and site teams.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor the quality of construction work and report defects or issues.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure required materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site.
Monitor the safe use of construction equipment and materials.
Ensure workers follow site safety rules and company procedures.
Conduct or support daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Monitor site attendance and maintain daily progress records.
Identify delays, technical issues, or site problems and report them promptly.
Coordinate inspections and assist with resolving site-related issues.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper housekeeping at the worksite.
Prepare daily site reports and provide progress updates to management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in construction site supervision.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Strong workforce coordination and leadership skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of UAE construction practices is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
