We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. The role involves identifying prospects, explaining product benefits, assisting with doentation, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking policies.
Key Responsibilities•Promote and sell credit card products to new and existing customers•Approach customers through field sales, tele-calling, referrals, or in-branch leads•Explain credit card features, benefits, charges, and eligibility criteria clearly•Collect and verify required customer doents accurately•Ensure all applications comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines•Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets•Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support•Update sales records and report performance to the sales manager•Stay updated on new credit card offers and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications•Minimum high school diploma / graduate preferred•Experience in banking, financial services, or sales (preferred but not mandatory)•Strong communication and convincing skills•Ability to work under pressure and meet targets•Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude•Basic knowledge of banking products and MS Office•Willingness to do fieldwork (if applicable)
Experience•Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services
