Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and others).
Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Conduct testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to craft high-impact ad creatives.
Stay updated with advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
Support go-to-market strategies for new tech products and services.
Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Ads Specialist.
Deep understanding of paid media platforms, audience segmentation, and ad funnels.
Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic and Chinese is a plus).
Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, crypto, or te environments is highly desirable.
Based in Dubai.
