Roles & responsibilities
Establish and maintain an efficient doent control system to ensure all project doentation is properly recorded and easily retrievable.
Conduct regular audits of doentation to ensure compliance with established standards and project specifications.
Collaborate closely with project teams to understand doentation needs and provide tailored support throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement version control processes to track changes and maintain the integrity of doents during reviews and approvals.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in doent control within construction, engineering, or similar industries is essential.
Proficiency in doent management software such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms is required.
Certifications in doent control or project management (e.g., PMP, CDCP) are a strong advantage.
