Position 1: Duct Cleaning Technician (HVAC)
Salary: AED 1,600 – 1,900 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Duct Cleaning Technician with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC duct cleaning services. The ideal candidate must be skilled in duct cutting, machine-based duct cleaning, and on-site project execution while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out HVAC duct cleaning using approved mechanical and vacuum cleaning machines
Perform duct cutting, access panel installation, and proper sealing after cleaning
Execute full duct cleaning projects including preparation, cleaning, and site restoration
Inspect ducts before and after cleaning; report findings to superviso engineers
Operate and maintain duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Follow approved method statements, safety procedures, and industry best practices
Coordinate with site supervisors and clients to ensure smooth execution
Ensure proper disposal of dust, debris, and waste materials as per regulations
Maintain proper housekeeping standards at the worksite
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in HVAC duct cleaning services
Strong experience in duct cutting, access creation, and mechanical duct cleaning
Hands-on knowledge of negative pressure systems and duct cleaning machines
Ability to read drawings, site instructions, and method statements
Good understanding of safety practices and proper use of PPE
Ability to work independently and within a team
Qualifications
Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC or related field (preferred)
Duct cleaning or HVAC-related training is an advantage
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
Physically fit to handle equipment and perform site work
Position 2: Drone Cleaning Technician / Drone Operator (Façade & High-Rise Cleaning)
Salary: AED 2,200 – 2,500 per month
Location: UAE
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Drone Cleaning Technician to operate drone-based cleaning systems for façade, glass, and high-rise exterior cleaning. The ideal candidate must have hands-on drone operation experience and strong knowledge of aerial cleaning safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Operate drone-based cleaning systems for façade, glass, and external surfaces
Conduct pre-flight checks, site inspections, and risk assessments
Execute cleaning operations as per approved method statements and safety procedures
Coordinate with ground crew for water supply, chemical mixing, and site barricading
Monitor drone performance, stability, and cleaning quality during operations
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of drones and accessories
Ensure compliance with aviation, HSE, and site regulations
Prepare execution reports including before-and-after doentation
Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards on-site
Required Experience & Skills
2–4 years of experience in drone operation for cleaning or industrial applications
Experience in façade, glass, or high-rise cleaning using drones
Strong knowledge of drone flight controls, payload handling, and stability management
Experience working in safety-critical live site environments
Ability to follow risk assessments, permits, and method statements
Good communication and coordination skills
Certifications & Licensing
Valid UAE GCAA Drone Pilot License (Mandatory)
Industrial drone training certification (preferred)
Working at Height & HSE training is an advantage
Physical Requirements
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Willing to work flexible hours depending on site and weather conditions
