Gulf Tobacco Company is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Support professional to join its manufacturing team in Hidd, Bahrain. The role will provide L2/L3 technical support, develop and maintain SSRS reports, troubleshoot D365 F&O systems, and handle X++, SQL Server, batch jobs, workflows, integrations, and system processes.

a. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
b. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (On-Premises)
c. Experience in SSRS report development and deployment
d. Good knowledge of X++, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and D365 F&O technical architecture
e. Experience in D365 technical support and L2/L3 troubleshooting
f. Good command of English and Arabic
g. Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage
