* Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Cable Pulling Foreman.
* Strong experience in electrical cable pulling and installation works.
* Ability to supervise and coordinate cable pulling teams at site.
* Good knowledge of cable routes, cable drums, pulling methods, and site safety procedures.
* Ability to read electrical drawings and cable schedules.
* Experience in electric projects is preferred.
* Good communication and team-management skills.
* Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
