Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop facade systems (aluminum, glass, metal, etc.) based on project specifications.
Prepare detailed design drawings and calculations, ensuring compliance with standards.
Estimate costs for facade materials, labor, and installation.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to finalize design concepts and budget.
Review technical specifications and ensure designs meet structural and aesthetic requirements.
Assist with project timelines and ensure timely delivery of designs and estimates.
Provide technical support during the execution phase and assist in resolving design-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years experience in Aluminum detailing
With 5 years experience in AutoCad
3D and Photoshop is an advantage
Can provide detail drawing related to Ste & Glass works
Can assist site team for projects execution.
