The role includes implementing preventive maintenance schedules, overseeing emergency maintenance, preparing budgets, supervising vendors, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Candidates will also identify energy-saving opportunities and prepare monthly performance reports. This position requires hands-on experience with MEP systems and strong coordination skills.
