We are looking to appoint a Facilities Supervisor to build an effective, efficient and sustainable team to run the operations of a large tower in Dubai.
The responsibilities shall include
Providing, maintaining and developing a number of different services such as:
Appointing of all team members
Train and Manage a succinct Facilities Team
Build and run CRM state-of-the art, streamlined technological solutions
Develop a highly productive property facility strategy
Adept with Space management
Establish communications and connectivity infrastructure
Building, Open and Green areas, Water features, Elevators, Sporting facilities, Parking, Inside and Outside maintenance
Perpetual testing and inspections - maintaining a report ledger
Building administration and accountability framework
Contract management: managing, gauging, evaluating and or restructuring of all Annual Maintenance and Service Agreements
Managing all the environment, health, safety, security and sanitization of the facility
Tenancy liaising and problem solving
Managing renovations and refurbishments
Supervising and executing to completion all projects contracted and subcontracted
Creating opportunities to establish monetized services
Candidate Requirements
UAE Driving License

Knowledge of facility market trends, contacts, suppliers, safety and security
People Management
