We’re looking for an experienced Female Cold Caller to support our business development efforts and help grow Axis 8’s client base across the UAE market.
What You’ll Do:
• Make outbound calls to corporate prospects using provided databases
• Introduce Axis 8 recruitment and HR consulting services
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
• Book meetings and follow-ups for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead updates using CRM systems
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in cold calling / telesales
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems
• Confident, professional, and target-driven personality
