Blackstone Delivery runs a motorcycle fleet serving Dubai's leading delivery platforms. We are looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to lead our riders on the ground and keep daily operations on target.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise riders daily: attendance, shifts, zones and performance
- Hit platform targets for acceptance, on-time delivery and online hours
- Handle accidents, fines, breakdowns and rider issues
- Keep bikes, RTA permits and doents compliant
- Report daily fleet numbers to management
Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 per month, based on experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
- 3+ years in last-mile delivery in Dubai, including rider supervision
- Hands-on experience with Talabat, noon or similar platform fleets
- Knowledge of RTA delivery rules and Dubai zones
- Valid UAE driving licence (motorcycle preferred)
- English required; Hin or Arabic an advantage
