Job Requirements:
Previous work experience in floristry and flower arrangement is required.
Sales experience is not required; candidates with no prior sales experience are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsible, customer-oriented, and willing to learn.
Salary & Benefits:
Probation Period: 6 months
Salary During Probation: AED 2,500/month
Salary After Confirmation: Negotiable, based on experience and performance.
