A leading company in Saudi Arabia is hiring an experienced Food Safety Officer with strong expertise in Food Safety, HACCP and Quality Control. The position is offered on a 2-year renewable contract with 8 working hours per day and 6 days per week.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or a related field.
b. HACCP Certification is mandatory.
c. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
d. Experience in Food Safety, Quality Control and HACCP implementation.
e. Food Industry, Catering or Hospitality experience is preferred.
f. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulations and hygiene practices.
g. Good communication and reporting skills.
