The role involves managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, real estate project costs, customer collections, tax compliance, and financial closing activities.

a. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
b. 5–8 years of accounting experience.

e. Understanding of Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.
f. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
g. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
h. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
i. Experience with VAT, withholding tax, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
