· Maintain accurate general ledger accounts for projects and entities
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS-
compliant)
· Manage month-e closings, accruals, and provisions
· Perform bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
· Oversee capitalization, depreciation, and revaluation of assets
· Track project costs, WIP, and cost allocations
· Review lease agreements for billing and revenue recognition
· Ensure UAE VAT compliance and prepare returns
· Support audits and maintain strong internal controls
· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
· Provide financial insights to support management decisions
· Work with E estate accounting systems (SAP, Oracle)
· Coordinate with property management and project teams
