About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and disciplined Specialty Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring that every plate—from a spicy Szechuan noodle dish to a rich Butter Chicken or a traditional Sambar—meets the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Menu Execution: Prepare and oversee the production of authentic North Indian, South Indian, and Indo-Chinese dishes for Small & large-scale catering events.
Quality Control: Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and temperature across all food lines.
Kitchen Management: Manage food prep, portion control, and minimize wastage in a high-volume catering environment.
Hygiene & Safety: Strictly adhere to KSA food safety regulations and maintain a spotless workspace.
Innovation: Assist in creating seasonal menus and special packages for corporate events and private gatherings.
Candidate Requirements
Proven Experience: At least 3–4 years of active experience in a professional catering service or large-scale restaurant.
Culinary Versatility: Mastery of Tando (North), Temperi varieties (South), and Wok skills (Chinese).
Adaptability: Ability to handle the pressure of tight catering schedules and varying event sizes.
