Job Title: Housekeeping Incharge Female
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Incharge to lead and manage our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility, supervising housekeeping staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met in all areas (e.g., rooms, restrooms, corridors, public spaces).
•Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks based on staff availability and workload.
•Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure quality control.
•Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service.
•Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate with purchasing for replenishment.
•Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleanliness or housekeeping service.
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
•Maintain housekeeping records, including attendance, maintenance reports, and inspection checklists.
•Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, front desk) to ensure smooth operations.
•Lead by example and ensure high standards of professionalism and hygiene within the team.

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; degree or diploma in hospitality management is a plus.
•2–5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
•Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
•Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety standards.
•Ability to handle and resolve conflicts or complaints professionally.
•Basic computer skills (for reporting, scheduling, inventory tracking).
•Good communication skills (English or local language, as applicable).
