The role involves coordinating performance management, tracking KPIs, and handling employee relations and disciplinary cases. You will ensure strict compliance with Qatar Labor Law and manage essential administrative tasks such as Gate Pass and Vehicle Permit applications. This position is vital for maintaining smooth HR operations within the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors.
