Key Responsibilities
1.HR Administration
- Handle employee doentation, filing, and maintenance of personnel records
- Prepare HR letters such as employment confirmation, offer letters, and internal memos
- Support daily HR administrative tasks as assigned
2.Visa & PRO Coordination
- Process employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
- Coordinate with PROs, government portals, and relevant authorities
- Track visa validity and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
3.Medical Insurance
- Assist with employee medical insurance enrollment, renewal, upgrade, and cancellation
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding employee coverage and claims
- Maintain updated insurance records
4.Claims & Reimbursements
- Process staff expense claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policy
- Verify supporting doents and ensure timely submission and payment
5.Recruitment Support
- Assist in screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Support recruitment doentation and hiring records
6.Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process, including doentation, system setup, and orientation
- Handle offboarding procedures such as exit doentation, visa cancellation, and final settlement support
- Ensure all joining and leaving processes are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
1.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2.1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
3.Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa, and medical insurance processes is an advantage
4.Strong organizational and time-management skills
5.Good communication skills in English
6.Proficient in communicating and typing in Chinese and using it in daily work
7.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
8.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
