Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Recruitment Officer to join our manpower services company. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for different positions. You will manage the recruitment process, coordinate with clients and candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with clien managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitme (manpower company experience preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in or related field preferred.
