Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and support employees in achieving company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and onboarding process (job postings, interviews, contracts).
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR doentation.
Assist with payroll, leaves, and benefits administration.
Support performance management and training initiatives.
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visas, and related regulations.
Contribute to employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Additional Information:
Salary will be discussed during the interview.
