a. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or Hospitality Management.
b. 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Hygiene Officer or Food Safety Executive.
c. Experience in a five-star hotel or fine dining environment.
d. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and HACCP procedures.
e. Experience conducting food handler health screenings and personal hygiene checks.
f. Ability to conduct temperature control audits and maintain food safety records.
g. Ability to coordinate with health inspectors and manage water testing and laboratory reports.
